How to write chapters

This is from a promotional postcard for a self-published tome entitled MEMOIRES (sic) OF A MAD VAMPIRE, by "Madame Elisandrya De Sade":

"Described as intriguing, stimulating, provocative, exotic, and taboo, the book's many chapters often begin with poetry or prose..."

Apparently as compared to all those chapters in other books that begin with...uh...
